Emails, invitations or digital reports

Please fill out the Email Request Form to make a request for assistance with an email series or digital report sent through Encompass. Please give us at least two weeks' notice to factor in list requests. In case your request requires additional services such as email copy or design work, we just want to give you a heads up that it may take a little longer. But don't worry, we'll work with you to make sure your email looks and sounds great!

Always remember that for each email sent, a new list will need to be requested/refreshed, the same list cannot be used for multiple emails, the reason for this is that there is a marketing effort attached to each email communication that will be added to ACE to show that this constituent received an email (also there may be contact info updates that happened).

Web edits

The PSU Foundation’s website is maintained through the Eng/comm’s creative team. Edits requests can be made via the Website Maintenance Asana Form. Please give detailed information about what edits need to be made and where. If there is a date you need the edits completed by, make note of it in your request. We’ll reach out to you if we need additional information.

Story ideas

If you have an idea for a content piece that helps tell the story of PSU, our alumni, donors, or faculty, please fill out the Content Planning Asana Form. We'll contact you with further information if the story idea will be used for internal or external communications, marketing or for social media.

Events

If you are hosting a PSUF event, please start by filling out the Event Intake Form. The events team will receive your request and be in touch with next steps within 3 business days. Contact gabe lent (lentg@psuf.org) with any questions about filling out the form.

The PSU Foundation’s online giving pages are maintained and managed through a partnership between the IT/Data and Annual Giving teams. You can make a request for a friendly URL, encompass link or edits to existing giving pages through this form. We will typically respond within 1 week.
