Frequently Asked Questions
Upload photos or images via Uploads in the side panel. Click and drag media directly into a design and customize it from there. Your uploaded media will appear in the Uploads tab. Watch this video to learn more.
Canva autosaves your design as you go (using the same link). If you want to manually save your design to a specific folder, in the top menu click File, then Save to folder, then choose PSUF DIY PROJECTS. You can also create a new folder there too. Learn more about staying organized in Canva in this video.
Go to "Share" in the upper right, and then scroll down to "Download" and then select your desired "File Type." If you plan to email your document to a donor, select "PDF Standard." If you plan to print this document in-house, please select "PDF Print."
We don't recommend using the "print my design" feature on Canva. If you are making something that requires professional printing, like swag, invitations, photobooks or glossy collateral, please contact the design team to ask for a creative consult session. This is beyond the scope of DIY tools!
Once you've exported your project, tell us how it went for you! Please fill out this brief survey and upload a copy of your finished document. Your feedback will be used to help continually refine and optimize these templates.
